* All rentals require a deposit due with the signed contrat, unless specifically waived by OMA management. This deposit is in addition to the rental fee and will be returned upon completion of the rental contract, less any additional charges or cost that apply. Any and all charges can be waived by OMA management when deemed nessacary.  

AUDITORIUM - $250.00, EXHIBITION HALL - $100.00, MEZZANINE - $50.00.

* All commercial rentals require an appropriate insurance certificate, unless the event is sponsored by OMA or specifically waived by OMA management.

* Unexpected facility usage before or after contracted hours may be allowed by OMA management (maximum of 2 hours). Extra pro-rated, hourly fees apply.

* An additional fee may be charged for extraordinary technical/electrical usage or physical set-up/clean-up, as determined by OMA management.

* Special educational rates are available upon request.

* An appropriate OMA employee will be on duty during all rental periods, unless deemed unnecessary by OMA management.

* When there is a need for additional staffing, OMA management has the authority to determine which staffers are required.

* All necessary staffing fees are in addition to facility rental fees (except the Facility Supervisor, as noted).

* There is a 3-hour minimum for all staff members, except Ushers, Ticket Sellers & Ticket Takers who have a 2-hour minimum. If any staff is hired out-of-house, a 5-hour minimum may apply.

* After 8 hours, all house laborers (including the Facility Supervisor) shall receive time-and-a-half (1.5) overtime pay; after midnight or during a recognized holiday, double time (2.0) shall be charged.

(a) The OMA Facility Supervisor (or designate) must be in attendance whenever (1) stage sound or lighting is used, whether belonging to OMA or otherwise; (2) there is a need to open up or lock up the facility before or after normal operating or scheduled contract hours; (3) specific circumstances warrant, as determined by OMA management.

(b) Services provided for all performance rentals; coordinates tech arrangements & house equipment; secures crews; sets & runs lights; building security. Evaluates and approves all outside tech personnel & operators.
