312th Army Band in Concert

The City of Ottawa and Ottawa Municipal Auditorium present the 312th Army Band from Lawrence, KS in concert.


The 312th Army Band is led by Commander and Bandmaster CW2 Nicholas Proctor, Executive Officer/Associate Conductor, CW2 Sharon Toulouse, and 1SG Cardell Edwards. The program will include concert band, brass band, and the Super Hipnotic rock group. This evening’s concert will feature many genres of music, from traditional marches to rock music. The concert is free and open to the public.


The 312th Army Band was activated on October 1, 1973 in Lawrence, KS.  The current band features a marching band, concert band, rock band, jazz combo, blues band, brass ensemble, woodwind quintet, and ceremonial detail.  

The 312th Army band is under the 88th Regional Support Command, Fort McCoy Wisconsin, Commanded by Major General Patrick Reinert and Deputy Commander, COL (P) Steven Strand.
